Returns For Store Credit and Exchanges

Equus Ferus LLC does not resell returned underwear and compression shorts.  We absorb the cost of the returned apparel and ask that you pay for the return shipping.  Your health and safety are our primary concern so you will always receive new apparel from Equusf.com that has not been used or tried on.

  • MAKING A RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT

    Within 7 days of receiving your order please send an email requesting return authorizations to returns@equusf.com. Once a return authorization has been received, proceed with the following procedure:

    - Please ensure that items are securely packed and sealed in an appropriate shipping box.
    - Items must be received  within 21 days of your RA issue date.

    If you choose to use a courier other than USPS, please make sure to use a courier service with tracking capability (FEDEX, UPS) and ship to:

    Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your store credit within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. We reserve the right to reject any exchange that does not comply with the exchange policy requirements stated above. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise, we will issue you a Store Credit in the amount of the item (shipping is non-refundable).



Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the US.

MAKING AN EXCHANGE

To exchange, customers must email returns@equusf.com and return the unwanted item using return authorization procedure noting the exchange request.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We are happy to honor requests for price adjustment if the merchandise was purchased at full price and marked down within 3 days of order placement. Requests should be submitted to returns@equusf.com Please include your order number and items in question and a customer service person will get back to you to process a refund on the difference.
