LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Your local postal driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door. Equus Ferus LLC cannot take responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after it has a confirmed delivery scan. We strongly recommend that the customer track the package frequently and that there be someone to receive the package when it arrives. You can track your package on USPS or DHL. You will receive a tracking number and links for tracking your package via email once your package is shipped from our warehouse. If your package is lost prior to delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. If the package is lost in transit, we’ll contact the carrier to investigate. Pending the results of the investigation we will replace your package.
PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER AND/OR NON-DELIVERABLE
We ship your order to the name and address you provide us. If your order is sent back because the address is incomplete, the recipient name is not associated with that address as a legal resident or any other reason that a is not an error on our part, we will issue you store credit in the amount of your order less shipping fees.
